Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Amherst Location
Originally from Rochester, NY, I am an LMHC who completed my undergraduate degree at Canisius College and master's degree at Northwestern University. I primarily work with teens, adolescents, and kids, using DBT, IFS, CBT, and EFT techniques to assist in positive growth. My primary goal for counseling is to teach people how to feel more self-sufficient in their own lives. I enjoy supporting people on their mental health journey, whether I am a stop along the way or a long-term destination. Mental health is an exploration of who you are, from past to present, and my only desire is to help you figure out where you want to go.
